Multi-deck Carpark

Overview

Underpinning the expansive development program within the TropiQ precinct is the need for greater concentration and more efficient use of available land for car parking. To address this need, a range of sites have been identified as suitable for multi-level parking structures that will play an important role in servicing micro-precincts within TropiQ.

Status

Detailed traffic and transport modelling is currently underway, which will in turn inform an expression of interest process in the near term.
