JCU Burralga Yumba - New Student Accommodation
James Cook University attracts students from across North Queensland, Australia and internationally to study in their world-class research and teaching university. In addition to existing on-campus accommodation, the new $54 million accommodation development houses 403 students in a contemporary, multi-storey building with food and beverage outlets at ground level.
Opened in early 2022, Burralga Yumba is already contributing to campus life, student experience and student recruitment.
