Overview

A high care, aged care facility with particular emphasis on supporting not only the quality of life for residents, but also providing educational opportunities for students. Exploration of a co-located childcare facility that would participate in inter-generational care models is highly desirable.

Location and scale

Initial stage tentatively set for 140 beds based on prior market interest. A minimum of three level structure, situated to the West of James Cook Drive.

Expression of interest process to begin in the near term, developers and operators are encouraged to register their interest.
